Information to data subjects in pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Personal Data Protection Code
In pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 Personal Data Protection Code, your personal data shall be processed correctly, lawfully and fairly, respecting your privacy and your rights. The information provided only applies to the web site of Backstage – Event & Wedding Planners and does not concern any web sites that may be visited via external links.
1. Source of data and purposes of the processing
The collected personal data, communicated by the intended subjects, shall be processed in full respect of the instructions on data protection with the purpose to perform the activities of Backstage – Event & Wedding Planners, necessary to manage the agreement with the Client.
2. Personal data provision
Personal data provision is mandatory in order to correctly perform the activities of Backstage – Event & Wedding Planners and fulfil any contractual obligations towards the Client. For this reason, if personal data are not provided, the Client’s requests shall not be accepted.
3. Processing arrangements
Data processing shall be performed either manually or by automated means, adopting specific measures to assure security and confidentiality. Data processing will be performed by the data Controller and/or her/his staff and/or any other person appointed to such processing. Collected data shall be kept by the Controller for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected.
4. Personal data disclosures to third parties
Personal data communicated by the Client or acquired in the course of the contractual agreement might be transferred to third parties operating in sectors strictly connected to or instrumental in the activity of Backstage – Event & Wedding Planners, among which external partners, companies cooperating for the required services and, generally speaking, to all those subjects to which the communication is necessary in order to correctly meet any contractual or legal obligations. In any case, the processed data will not be disseminated. Backstage – Event & Wedding Planners will not be responsible for any possible use of personal data by the above mentioned other parties.
5. Client’s rights
Clients are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be integrated, updated or rectified, as provided in Section 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. Such Section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymization or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data. Any requests should be addressed to the data Controller.
